Yes, read the title. It's for USF and PSF.
what do you do after download???
When it's a .dll you must inject it with a injector. Use the search function.
Or use Blackinjector its easier and safer

Soldier front read all the .ssf files and start them in game
he just have to name it right so SF recognize it
