Try to put the resolution 1600 x 900 and see if it works.

Ummm I'm not too familiar with Win 7 (Got vista x.x) but does anyone know if Aero would mess w/ CA windowed in Win7? Just a guess

Not all people have the same size of screen.

I've never got windowed mode to work, would be nice.. But it doesn't matter much to me.

Try using other Resoultions and see which one works, or reset your settings.
