Support Tickets.

Whats your expirience with support ticket reply waiting.
My last ticket was opened for 1 mounth and 1 week and than ther replyed that famous shit what they just C/P on all their tickets
"Please provide us the two most recent trans IDs which will be sent to you from the payment provider while you have purchased ZPs ( not Free ZP) successfully and looks similar to the following 20090309_220419_020_Username to prove yourself."
I just sent one ticket.I hope they reply me atleast in 1-2 weeks -.-"

They should do something...

I cussed the out one time They just went along and Answered My question. didnt even warn me to stop Cussing
