When Modern Warfare 3 launches this fall, it come to market alongside the highly touted Call of Duty Elite service. Little details have spilled about the service until this evening when a major media outlet broke the media embargo for the game. The leak insinuated that Call of Duty's multiplayer would be a premium service, which as it turns out, isn't the case. As it turns out, Call of Duty Elite will be available to everyone, for free, and can be used with either Call of Duty: Black Ops or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and offers a wealth of features which were leaked in the Call of Duty: Elite trailer. What Call of Duty: Elite will offer are a mix of standard services, and premium services which have yet to be outlined completely. The trailer shows off plenty of what's going to be on offer come this fall. One thing is certain as coming from the voices of the Activision community Leadership: CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE 3 MULTIPLAYER IS FREE, and so is ELITE.
Some of it is free. You can buy extra features. I'd like to know what those extra features is.
Premium would probably be what Black Ops' playercard/combat record is x2.

Then it's still paid. Everyone will have elite, so it's like it's not even there. The only thing separating it would be the paid features. Just put the free shit in the game like normal and make everything else that's paid in Elite. Still the same shit as before, just extra nonsense.
You probably get exclusive access to themes, avatar items, in-game titles/camos, maps, and high-quality video rendering.
Or something like that.
