Today he sent me a file and asked me to test it. So naturally i scanned it with 2 scanners, and asked him for a scan. When i opened the program (Which is supposed to have a GUI) A command window opened, and closed. Also, the program hid itself.. Although i'm not 100% sure that it is a virus it does act a lot like a virus. Here are some screenshots that he gave me.

He also claims to have no idea why the program starts. Opens a cmd window, and closes again, and he has no idea why the program hides itself.

It's not a virus... He did 2 scans and found nothing. If it was virus, his computer should have been dead by now. It's been about 2 hours. And idk why a command prompt opened because it never happened to be. It could be because we have different operating system. He just thinks it's a virus which doesn't mean it's really a virus.

He tried to DoX me but failed. And he blocked me on msn. What a fail..

Haha i didn't try to dox you, i was simply looking for any evidence that you were a producer of viruses. And i blocked you on msn because i was tired of you repeatedly telling me that it's not a virus.

I got tired too because you were keep asking me for proof after I gave you proof. And in MSN, you said that you'll release my address if I say that it's a virus, but I didn't. That's threatening right there

It could open a CMD session because a executable can obviously not self terminate.
Possibly he wanted the file to be hidden inside your system folders, so he wrote to a .bat file and made it copy a instance of the executable and delete the already existing one.

Would seem the most obvious to me, as I've done that myself.

This is still proof that you manufacture and distribute malware, which is a federal offense in the good ol' country of The United States.

And no, malware, or a virus, can harm you and your computer in any number of ways. Including, stealing personal info, and downloading porn. Just to name two.
