Pay safe card?

hey guys i went out today and bought a paysafe card but when i went to z8 games it did not work i wrote the pin and i got an error lol.Did this happen to you? is there a way to fix it?

Re type it maybe you wrote it wrong.

Ever body knows not to buy something From the site when the game is down/ updating

Just Get a copy of your reciept/ and all proof you got then fill out a support ticket
