Hacks injecting problems

so here is my problem , each hack i try each injector i try the hack message box like ''injected mother fucker'' doesnt show up..never

i have net framework 4.0 vcredist bla bla bla...so whats the problem? im using xp service pack 2 i know probably should update it but i cant to that now...
