a Tut on how to make an account on Paypal in the forbidden Country

Hey guys i see many people cant buy the Vip from the paypal or alertpay so i will make this thread to show u how to make a working paypal account with the Pictures

first with writing then pictures!

1-go to paypal.com
2-clicks sign up u will find it in the upper right corner
3-choose united states even if not ur country!
4-select english langauage
5-select personal account and click get started
6-fill up ur information the right information!
NOTE: in City or State write United States and the small choose box choose from it NY and that means NewYork
7-they will ask u for some information like the credit card and the csc.....etc
NOTE: u must fill them rightly! dont scam in them
8-i think they will send u an message to ur email to verify the acc! just verify and TADA u got ur Account
NOTE: i will tell u how to get money the last thing

well now we finished i cant put the 4th picture cuz i already registered with my own information ok how to get money? easy
go to plunder i cant put outside links just in Google write plunder and see the site it is the first site then register with ur email that u registered in the PAYPAL!! u must do this and then just upload things and people will download it when u get 500 or 1000 coins go to rewards and order a 5$ cash reward! it will take time but just upload many things even the hacks that are here u may download u will get really many coins HAVE FUN AND DONT FORGET THE THANKS JUST DONT WRITE JUST CLICK THE THANKS BUTTON
