RJ broke the Code of Conduct

So i though

Rule #32 - Minimum requirement for TM is 5000 posts. Just because you have it, doesn't mean you will be selected for TM. Asking will just take away your chances of becoming a TM.

And @RJ doesn't meet the requirements.

It used to be that posts somewhat determined your dedication to the site. Now all it does is show how much you spam.
People get TM by being trustworthy or proving something like RJ or HazedUp. That's all that really matters.
