i GOT THIS WINRAR FILE THAT WONT LET ME EXTRACT IT BEACAUSE I NEED A PASSWORD ANYHELP

Go to the download place, they will probably be a thing which you over looked saying the password is "w/e"

Bruteforce the password or Google the filename.

or try something everybody else said

email the owner of the file. or read the thread of the file where it was posted.
