Hotkeys

Hi how can i make HOTKEYS working ingame ?
i try all combinations and it didnt work.

PS.
This hotkeys must working with WindowsMediaPlayer because i wanna change my music when i play ;p

PS2.
I use Visual Basic c++ 2008 express edition

U know the basic of coding?

Iknow basic's but im still newbie and i wanna learn that language

Née that mean you don't c++ need at least 3 months to learn basic 1-2 years to be pro

well where can i find good tutorials (in google tutorials are awfull)
