Through the Console Command, I'm sure it can be done.
My brother has done it through HFS files, so when he pressed numpad 1, his stamina would not go down.
But I think I've seen a Stamina Hack on the Console before, but you have to buy the console from Hell_Demon now, so I'm not really sure, you should check if he has it or not.

Bumping this thread to check if there is any new information about this. I know a few people found a quick stamina regen for karok but what was the command and will it work for other characters?
