halp!

So yea. I've reinstalled win7 on my friends pc. But it didn't installed all the drivers. So when I downloaded the VGA one and the rest, they installed, well they except the VGA one. It installed a Turbo Boost thingy. What to do, please! I also tried with a driver downloader but it didn't worked.

Windows Updates has the drivers.
