iTouch help

Hey guys i dont really know if this is the right place but i am assuming it is because its general.

So my itouch had been off for a few days at my house when we went to vacation i come back and i connect it to the computer to charge it and it says connect to itunes i connect it to itunes and it says this.




I have tryed to restore it but itunes wont even let me connect it because of that error ive tryed everything possible i know the passcode but the itouch wont even get passed the screen for me to enter the passcode... please some1 help

DFU it.
Then plug into iTunes and Restore.

1) Plug into computer
2) Hold "Home" and "Sleep" at the same time for 10 seconds (no more than that, but no less)
3) After 10 seconds, release the sleep button but keep the home button pressed down until you see the iTunes message.

iTunes should say "Detected an iPod in Recovery Mode"

You will lose your apps, music, etc.
But you can get back the stuff that you synced into iTunes

P.S. It's iPod Touch, not iTouch.
