I've made the localized_english_aw07.iwd file and when I try to open with jZip it says I dont have permisson and when I try to open with winrar id click on the program to open it with but it doesnt show
make sure you are an admin of the PC, and can you re-explain the winrar issue, i didn't understand that well. :s

Nope clicked winRar and still didnt pop up

dont click open with in the right click drop down
click PROPERTIES at the bottom of the rick click menu
then change the "opens with" to win rar
