Is there a difference between Point.B and Proj.B.?

Well, it's been about 2 weeks since i've signed up. I like the game, and believe it has a lot of potential. I've even re-done a hack for the game which is now undetected. Even after all this time, I still do not understand Point Blank and Project Blackout's difference. Is Point Blank the 'Challenge' game mode? Or do Point Blank hacks modify your mission stats in some way? Am I just missing the point completely? Any insight on this would be appreciated. Also, If you would please send some tips my way on some ways to improve my sniping, I would be grateful. I was recently kicked out of the noob servers and die a lot (more often then not from overpowered Assault Rifles). Thank you for your time guys.

Project Blackout and Point Blank are the same game, published by 2 different companys in different countries. Project Blackout is for North America only...Idk how they're hacking permanent weapons and shit in the other versions, and don't really care...but everything that's possible in Point Blank has to be possible in Project Blackout.

As for sniping tips, crouch or get a better sniper. Plus, you hack...how hard is it to pre aim someone and shoot when they pop out? lol.

No doubt, just saving up for it (what a coincidence). As for helmet protection, it friggen ticks me off when I hit someone squarely in the face, only for them to shrug off the bullet that just impacted with their brain cavity.
