Hey guys, first off, I DID NOT MAKE THIS AT ALL!!!! ALL CREDITS GO TO THE ORIGINAL CODER/CREATOR FROM THE 
KK[= CLAN. I am not affiliated with the KK[= clan.
This is a very helpful Black Ops Config_Mp.cfg editor, it's very thorough with it's features:
Text binds - Bind any key to automatically say any text you want in all colors!
System Settings - Optimize the system related settings on Black Ops to remove lag spikes and server lag etc!
Graphics settings - Disable/Enable different graphical features such as Motion Blur, Flame effects, bullet shells, heat distortion and MUCH MORE.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Download and unRar the configtool.rar using your favorite archiving software (winrar or 7-zip)
run the setup.exe and follow the on-screen instructions (very simply and explanatory.)
Create desktop shortcut for it

Blackops tells me allways "Fatal Error" since i use a config made by the configtool

EDIT: for fuck sake, the stupid advert keeps coming back, im removing this sorry, to many adds to another website + the clan website thought i got rid of it.
