Ideal car?

Should I buy this? It's almost $1,500 over kbb price but it's pretty much custom built as in interior and has a cold air intake. Bucket seats, new sound system with touch screen head unit. Also had new pedals.

2004 Saab 9-3 5 speed manual. 120k miles.

I'm thinking of getting a car soon instead of borrowing my grandma's all the time. What do you think?
Only thing I didn't like was the headlights. I like transparent ones.
