check f p s banana lol it has tons of skins for cs and stuff, you could find a model from css and port it to CA or something lol

Yes it's possible, but you won't be able to kill enemy far away.

black op doesnt use the same files adn you cant make the combat arms knife shoot.

Yes you can, you'd just need to make oyur own animations.

No shooting or anything just as a melee weapon.
