if you dont know here it is cause i just found out lol Just press F1 & F2 at the same time after u go in to your first trans takes me like 2 tries some times but it looks cool as hell

or.... press trans 1 then trans 2 then reload the map

or you can get a full 2 minute dk2/pally 2 trans... dk1-->reload/skiplvl-->dk2-->reload/skip lvl enjoy full 2 minute trans.
