Can u advise me?
DONT POST ANYTHING THAT WOULD BE SPAM AND OF COURSE DONT POST ANYTHING IF U ARE NOT A PROFFESSIONAL HACKER/PROGRAMMER!!!!!!!!!
Well, i dont know NOTHING on c++ but i want to become a proffessional programmer on it.. My father is a programmer(its his job not just his hobbie). He was programing on c(not c++ just c) before many years and then he started programming on vb6.. He is a master on vb6 and c but he also knows much c++.. I know only the basics on vb6 and i have a greek(im greek) book which explains everything on vb6.. I asked my father what shoulda do. He said that the best i can do is to start with vb which is very easy and then go to learn c++ or c(cause they are both 2 TOO difficult) He said he can also find me greek books on c++ or c if i want to go str8 for c++ but it will be very hard so i should go for vb first.. Well i would listen to him but almost all of u here say that we MUSTNT waste our time on vb and start learning c++... What is better to do?? Can u advise me? please
Oh and as i said before if u are not a pro programmer dont reply to this...

they dont even reply to my thread to give me some advise on how to start
Take VB first. Taking C++ first is like racing cars before you know how to drive. You'll make a TON of mistakes. I am currently learning VB, I tried diving straight into C++ myself, And it didn't work. Again, I'm not a pro coder, But I am someone who tried what your thinking of attempting and giving you advice. If you don't want to take what I said into consideration, Don't. Also note, I'm pretty sure this should be moved to the coding section...
