i was goin to get lgc and they tv me and he tryed to put some program of theres on my computer and my AVG and Advanced System care malware fighter said it was a virus an delete there program an he said that i need to disable my AVG and ASC so i can get LGC should i ?

No.
A TV shouldn't need file transfer if it's just to view your files for hacks
Also, TV is against Nexon's ToS, so you have right to refuse
