How come when creating clans we can't use the ™ thing any more?
Does any one know why?
I remember seeing clans with that in their name in the past but I just made a new clan and it wouldn't let me use ™ .

You can't use those symbols when you first create your clan. Create your clan, then buy a Clan name change. You can use those symbols with the Clan name change.
Old is old patched I think.
I don't believe it is patched, do what Parade said, try get a Name change and use it.

Make a clan, then buy a name change and then change it to that
