I Have 18 Ribbons...
I Saw accounts with 19 ribbons and it got M4A1-Custom Crystal.
I Want to know... Only own M4a1-Custom crystal in 20 ribbons or not? Thanks?

Maybe, person had crystal permament because he had ribbon "Never banned" and it was twenty ribbon and after some time he started hacking what caused he lost this ribbon and weapon M4A1 C stayed on the account

i do believe that if you have 19 ribbons then you get the 20th one that is called "My Ribbons Are Made Of Crystal?
