No, they most likely permabanned every hacker in that banwave and may have spared a few who were willing to submit a ticket.

At least there is hope that not all accounts get permabanned, because mine was 2 months.

It was the GM's decision to reduce you to a 30-day suspension, which you had already served. All other accounts are permabanned.

This encouraged me to send a ticket about my old lvl 44 scythe evie that got banned back when lvl 44 was max level. Maybe i'll be able to get un-banned on it since it has been so long ?
