its black cipher 5 i took the .dll for black cipher 5 byte ciphered it 6 or 7 times and ya it works perfect no problems check it out

Lol guys ciphering it changes the bytes of the dll so Nexon wont detect it(since its like a new hack)
Ciphering more than once wont decrease detection rate at all, just so you don't waste your time.
