How to use any bots. Im lost o-o

I've looked at like 10+ bot tutorials, but they all seem too confusing (sorry if there not but to me they are) Can someone give me simplified directions and links to the downloads that are the most recent.

It's actually blocked as far as I know... My vindi is running like complete shit since the last update so I have not got around to fixing it.

I was wondering why I couldn't get it to work. I was scared to ask though because, unfortunately, I am a leecher. I hate to bother the contributors when I have nothing to give back in return. Thanks for the heads up!
