No its not a new command but something fun. If you go large (x1000) in rocheste town, you will enter the dormitory but some new unreleased song will play and you will walk around elevated.

I understand. You could actually listen to the songs by going into vindictus folder and clicking sound folder.

yea. you can do that.. and i dont really listen to those songs.. if i could disable it without disabling the sound effects i would..

when i hit it in rocheste it sends me to the fields at colhen entrance, not sure why, and @hitman268 you can just put in a mp3 that has no sound (maybe record one with a computer mic) to replace everything if you wanna do that.

i could.. but i am too lazy too and don't really care about it that much but they should add two separate function for the sound effect like CA

The reason I mention this is because if this can accidentally activate music from unreachable areas, it could be possible to use this to also reach those areas.

ive used speed hack plenty of times and my friend said i just disappear and i even did it on an open channel and no one said anything.

aslong as its nothing with a command prompt, other people shouldnt see anything

Using speed in town, just makes you look like you lagged to the direction you were going towards.
