See the thing I'm not getting with your situation is that you clearly say that Z8 replied with all that information.
So can't you just go and retrieve your hacked account using the security question retrieval method?

-.- @Hero Ok i was play that account for while but some one logged my ac then they change pass and email then i send support ticket to Z8 that my acc was hacked then i wait for them to replay me ( That ticket ^) so now how can i log my old acc ( the one hacked) so now how can i log into my old acc and i don't understand that z8 just replay that ticket but idk what i have to do with it...

If you gave them good info they would send you ur email and pass back.
Or that ticket is telling u to send in this info?

What he's saying here is.
His acc got hacked, he can't log on, don't know email dont know pass.
Sooo he sent a ticket saying that he needs the information.
But Z8 only gav him the email, SQ, ID, creation date etc.
Soo right now he can't log onto his account even though he's got all this information.
I suggest that you go and file another ticket to Z8Games saying that you didn't get the Password for your acc last time and request it this time.
P.S. Say thank you and they might do it. I say that they're too lazy
