Help with VIP...

So i bought mpgh vip yesterday, and i waited for 24 hours for it to be verified, yet i haven't become vip yet. I'm a little confused here, i went to dave's profile to report the problem but i'm just so dumb i cant even find the private message button right now, someone help?
