It really depends on the person, some people can have really fucked up reactions to it.
I guess if they implemented a screening program, so you could check with a doctor before you smoke that you won't turn psychotic then why not.

well Wisconsin made it illegal to smoke in public places so we wouldn't have to deal with that. So why not. And i THOUGHT i heard somewhere that there was a bill going through Senate right now to make it a state option on the legality of it. i might be wrong though

That was in cally, and it's main argument was to start up more jobs to help the state of California to get out of their huge debt. Also for "medical" options as well.
