Same Hack Features?

Why Does Every release Have ALMOST THE SAME EXACT FEATURES?
Why can't people make there own hack? I can easily copy the coding and make a different menu and say OH MY HACK give me thanks blah blah blah.
But why don't people make there "OWN" hack why do they just copy of each other?
Anyone else notice this?

Not really, most people share specific source coding.

For example, JA and mmbob shares coding and stuff with NOOB. While Flame and CAWorld shares their stuff.
