1. first type the mail you want to freeze (status = ready):


2. if you done step1 klick then on freeze:


3. if you done step 2 you see this (he connecting and then freezing i have an screen when he is 40%):


4. if you done step 3 there stand(account frozen):


5. if you done step 4 then you have freezed his/her account but you can also DeFreeze you do that on this way:


6. if you done step 5 you see this:

but remember the account is still freezed you need to wait 23-48 hours before it's defreezed
