What are the software needed to make a cheat/hack??

it is some coding things, c++ or python. software is for editing. not very sure but it must be this

visual basic can not make any hack. Only Visual C++ Can. or u could try Winstock Pocket Editor.

dbased, how to install tar.gz file? I have extract it but I dont know how to install it...

(tar.gz) that extension is for Linux OS,,, can not installed on Windows OS,,
