If that other unistaller fails, you could try CCleaner.

im sure he went to google before and didnt need you to tell him too.
OP: The connections should have a number next to them. open up task manager, then open up task's for all users (bottom left hand corner).
After that, look for any established connections that match the PID with the one's in the CMD prompt.
