I have buy 100$ CC MasterCard but when I tryed click buy in the CC category it say failed to pass security validation ( It's hard to explain but they don't let me enter any information before this message pop-up, it's like they blocked me from their payment method.) I wonder if ClickAndBuy allow "Prepaid" CC ?

I think it might be in the prepaid catagory

Well, they ask me for CC information to register so I think that will not work

You can't legally buy PSC Online.

But you can buy Ultimate Game Card's Online with PlaySpan.
