When you see the command list, there is a "flag" for every command.
It's "FCVAR_CHEAT "

The main advantage of the VIP console is that its undetected, easier to use and has some special features.
try "fish_monster_create" and "fish_create"
also found debug_evilcore
try these, i think they are from HL2 but no harm in trying. Would be hilarious if they worked.

debug_evilcore makes monsters drop more cores but they dont contain items.
The HL2 commands dont work. Sadly.
