1-Make a project

2- Add a :

-1x Timer
-1x Textbox (2x optical)

3-Set your timer's interval to 150

Ok now

Scroll to the top of your form's code and add this and add this code

//Put it up to Public .......

Code:
Private Declare Function GetAsyncKeyState Lib "user32" (ByVal vkey As Long) As Integer
Ok now

Double click to Timer1 and type this code

Code:
If GetAsyncKeyState(vbkeyF1) Then
SendKeys Text1.text
SendKeys "{Enter}"
End If
Okay dokey now lets check if it running , debug it , and open a notepad , type anything on textbox1 then click F1
