Really Really Noob TUT?

Hey guys I'm still really new to photoshop and all and i have no idea how to make a sig i have looked at all the tuts and there just like "then i brush here and there" and such but i really need a in depth tut so i can understand it.
Could someone make me one plz

Lemmie take a shot at this.

First, go File>Open

Make a sig size. I use 450x125.

Then go Filter>Render>Clouds

Make a new layer by pressing the button left of the trashcan in the bottem right hand corner.

Noww your going to need a render. A render is a picture withought a backround. Find one, Use Google.

Then go File>Place and place ur render.

Now click back on ur backround layer.

now go Image>Adjustment>Hue/Saturation

hit colorize and then mess with the bars to find a color you like.

Then go Image>Adjustment>Color Balance

and mess with thatt untill u have it how u like.

Now, go back to ur render layer.

Press Ctrl+J two times.

and hide the top two by clicking the eye.

Now go Filter>Blur>Radial Blur.

Ammount- 100
Blur Method-zoom
Quality-Best

Do that one more time then go
Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen

unhide the next layer

Now ur gonna do some smudging.

Right click the tool under the earaser and find the hand.

find a brush.

and smudge.

once done smudging, add liener doge to it by right clicking the layer, blending options, blend mode, lenier doge

next, go fliter>distort>ripple

100%, Medium

Do that two or three more times

Unhide ur last layer

Create a new layer. go Image>Apply Image. Then Filter>Blur>Guassian Blur at 2 pixels and set that layer to lighten like u did with lenier dogee

Create a new layer. Image>Apply Imagae. then Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen

Then add some text. and tada
