HelpPassword Reset issue?

Password Reset issue?
So, I logged on fine with both my accounts this morning, and since last night I got the account needs to be reactivated error. So I go to my email and use the link, and then when I try to fix the password I get
"There has been an error with the service. Please try reloading the page."
And it's still happening today.
Any fix?

just keep your old password... or use a diff internet... go to like a friends house to change it... maybe its your IP or something

1.Log Ticket.
2. Switch to a diff browser.

Where did it say error? If in email or something make sure its not a phishing scam.

If he logs in on anything ending with .Nexon.net (ie. example.nexon.net) it's not a phisher.

Also try logging in on nexon.net with your E-Mail.

If you get that "Error logging in" message, you need to log in with your E-Mail.

yeah > I made a fake email and my friend fell for it. Got all his info. But I didnt do anything with it.
