I thought they give it out during Sex Ed. 0.o
Depends on the size, cos I'm Asian.
Apparently, my school is having a debate if P.E. teachers should give out condoms lol. and we only have 3 weeks of sex ed for the whole 4 years in high school. They showed us how to put a condom on by demonstrating with a cucumber ;D
