Is this possible?

I was playing Crossfire with NO hacks on. I was on a team with a major hacker getting super fast kills. One of the other team member typed, Kick him out or you'll all be banned. Possible or Not? After that other team member said that, I d/c'ed. So again, Possible? O.o

This isn't possible, i mean hackers themselves don't even get banned. they say it to scare people especially on the rookie server, also when they say kick or we report whole team, they're just trying to scare you
