Wdf is this?
I turned on my other computer, and the first thing i saw was a program that said "Free 6 day free trial"
And the name of the program was Something Something Keylogger 3.2. And i never downloaded a keylogger.
How might it have gotten there
Btw none of my parents use that computer + it's password locked.

Get StopZilla you have to pay for it but it is worth it. If you want free ones get Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes-Anti Malware!

Of course you didnt download it..It silently downloaded it and injected onto your computer.
