Look at what Spark posted, basically just get any char to level 10, then, forfeit the chaos challenge, and then send the first packet, then the second one, and collect your awesome item and send it to your main character.
Cygnus knights get earrings, evans get glasses, db's get blood mask, explorers and resistance get rings, and they all add +3 or less depending on what explorer ring you choose.
