Bluetooth hacking

Getting to control other people's phone(if they have their bluetooth on)
please notice the 'hacking' part of it, doing it without the victim's permission.

Has anyone here ever heard or seen it?

Yes i have

Almost all downloadable programs regarding Bluetooth require access to the victims phone.
Rendering them useless in most circumstances.

Does not happen anymore, unless you're talking about those old phones that auto-accepted every Bluetooth request it got.
