Well, skorpion I could do 1.5ish, but I would need some epic aim with the saiga. Or the MKII, if it exists.

Aim for 1v1 with Skorpion
Let the spread and recoil do its work for 1v2+
After you run out of ammo, switch to Saiga and spray and pray
I'd recommend Ext Mag 2 on both of them
Do it on Snow Valley because the arena is large, open, and well lighted
For some reason I find Snow Valley to be the best map

I've gotten high accolades with the Skorpion before, no problem, but it was on Short fuse, a rather CQB map.

The saiga has actually not that bad of range, for a shotgun, but anyone with decent aim would rape it midrange.

And the Skorpion's spread to me, feels nice, and I seem to get a large amount of headshots with it.
