Looks like plastic.

New layer, color with grey, duplicate layer, set to color dodge, CTRL+SHIFT, and set lightness to desired color.

Calm down dude. The world won't end. I mean I'm new here and I could give less of a shit if I got "derepped". Just because someone says that your mods are bad. It's called constructive criticism. ON TOPIC: The mod looks like it's textures were deprived and it was thrown together in 10 minutes. Leeched or not
