he used a picture for the blue and black part, the black part is a honey comb picture, all he did was smack them on there only on certain parts. its 80% C+P.

.. screenshot made it blury all it is, create new layer color it white set to overlay then create a layer mask and with a circular brush stamp out the pattern

I cant "Show" people on photoshop, because i dont have your exact picture u used for that. also, if the SCREENSHOT made it blurry the WHOLE PICTURE would be blurry. u need to THINK before things come out of your mouth.

It doesnt matter if its C+P or not, if it appeals to someone in the game, and it looks nice. Its a great mod. That is ALL texture mods are for, not for how much work you put into it, but for how nice it appeals to someone.
