1) This is the default setting for how much exp you get and how it gets calculated.
Maybe Dave changed some or not. Don't think so though..
Go to your profile page. MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking - View Profile: Batinarac16
Click on "Experience" tab and you'll see how much points you are getting.
2) You must have 2500+ post counts.
3) Worthless group. The name says it all.
Don't try to get it.
4) Those are picture usertitles. You can request to change it at 1337 posts, after your post ban. For more info:
