Yeah it works, i got banned for hacking like a mofo on that MASSIVE banlist that happened awhile ago.
I sent them a ticket saying that my little brother had access to my account and he was hacking, etc (i wasn't hacking)
and i said that he won't have access to the account anymore and that i'd buy 30k nx
As soon as a GM read it, there like *unbanned*

Its not hard to say that someone (friend or family) hacked your account and you were planning on wasting your money on NX. Is it really that hard to come up with a story using that?

Nexon login > Get Support (at the top of the site) > My tickets > Submit a ticket.
